ABODE currently maintains or has had memberships with the following professional organizations:

AIHP - WS Association of International Host Programs, Washington State - This is a professional association of homestay coordinators, private agencies, and school personnel who deal with homestays and other housing issues. This association was born out of the need to set standards, offer support, and educate people about quality homestay programs.

AWISA Association of Washington International Student Advisors - A regional association of professionals working in the international education field.

NAFSA Association of International Educators - The professional organization of international student staff, agencies, and schools
